Important Notice
- If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, you must email us immediately within three (3) hours of placing your order with the updated address. We have a very limited window to make changes before the order is processed by our third-party fulfillment partner.
- To see your entries in the giveaway, please create a customer account with the email you purchased under and they will display in the customer account. Also, you should recieve an email conformation.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you do not see it, please first check around your property and verify with neighbors or building management. Sometimes the package can be marked as delivered but shows up the next day so please wait (2) days before reaching out.
- If your package is being returned to sender, it is most likely due to missing or incorrect address details, such as an apartment or unit number, lot number, or other address discrepancies (please confirm this before reaching out).
