6. Where is my digital download?
Please check your spam folder or "all mail" section with Gmail. If you still can't find it, contact us, and we'll assist you.
7. How long until my order ships?
Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days. In rare cases, it may take up to 1 week.
8. Why don’t you answer social media DMs?
To manage our customer service efficiently, we ask that you email us at customerservice@gaspoweredjunk.com. Our small team cannot handle the volume of DMs we receive on Instagram and Facebook.
9. What if the address I entered is incorrect?
Contact us ASAP at customerservice@gaspoweredjunk.com with your order details (name, order number, and correct address). This is time-sensitive, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.
10. Why didn’t I get a confirmation email?
Sometimes this can happen. If you use a Gmail address, the confirmation email may end up in the "All Mail" section or spam folder. As long as your payment went through, the order should be fine. Send us an email, and we’ll provide you with your tracking info.
11. Will international orders be charged extra fees?
