Refunds

  • All sales are final once an order is placed. Orders are processed and shipped through a third-party fulfillment provider and cannot be reversed after submission. Sweepstakes entries are processed automatically and cannot be reversed.

 

Exchanges  

  • We only offer exchanges if the product is damaged. We will not accept exchanges in the circumstance that the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product because exchanges don't work with our third-party fulfillment company's shipping system. 

 

Shipping

  • If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, you must email us within (3) hours with the corrected address. We have an extremely short window to make corrections with our fulfillment company. Failure to contact us within this window will result in no reimbursement. customerservice@gaspoweredjunk.com

 

  • After placing an order on gaspoweredjunk.com, orders typically take 2–5 business days to process through our fulfillment partner. Once processed, delivery generally takes an additional 3–7 business days. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Some products may take longer to ship due to limited inventory or increased demand.

 

  • We will not issue reimbursement if an order is lost, stolen, or not delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout due to carrier-related issues. We will only reimburse or send a new shipment if optional order protection was purchased at checkout. Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control, and our responsibility ends upon shipment.

 

  • We are not responsible for any additional costs that may arise due to international shipping. This includes, but is not limited to, customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or delays imosed by the destination country or shipping carrier.
