Order Protection Policy
- Order Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout.
- This protection covers packages that are confirmed lost in transit or stolen from doorstep. Theft coverage is limited to circumstances where the package is marked as delivered but is reasonably believed to have been stolen.
- If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, you must contact our customer service team and file a claim within three (3) days of the delivery confirmation date.
- In the event an order from gaspoweredjunk.com is verified as lost or stolen and is covered under Order Protection, at our discretion, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost
- Order Protection does not cover dissatisfaction with a product, requests for exchanges for a different product, or changes of mind. Please refer to our {store policies} for return and exchange eligibility.
- Order Protection does not apply if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.
